After graduating from college he worked in retail banking for First Virginia Bank and Apple Federal Credit Union. In 1999, Craig left the banking industry and began his financial services career at New York Life Insurance Company followed by Minnesota Life Insurance Company and Mass Mutual Life Insurance Company.

Craig grew up Fairfax County, VA. Craig currently resides in Reston, VA with his wife Lisa. Craig values the importance of a healthy, active lifestyle and can frequently be found on local soccer and baseball fields as well as racquetball courts.
